This hotel is absolutely incredible in terms of design, comfort, functionality, service, cuisine, spa, gym and location ! Best I’ve experienced in India in one decade years of travels. A must to stop in Rajasthan. The staff were so welcoming and thorough with their service. The manager there are so friendly and take extra effort to greet guests and make them feel so at home. All the service staff and weight staff at the restaurant were incredible just to mention a few here Shivani, Rakesh and Deepti at reception, Tenzin at the Spa, Gatta ram the chef thanks for such incredible delicious foods, piyash for waiting at the tables and all the waiters at the restaurants! Must stay at the india room and regimental rooms the designs were stunning thanks Mr. Ayush Kasliwal and MRS group for building such a glorious home for me to stay in while I’m in Bikaner !

I stumbled across Bikaner and this hotel 6 years ago when it had just reopened after it’s refurbishment and I was just blown away by it’s totally unexpected refined Art Deco elegance. Always a bit wary of “returning”anywhere I found it even better than before. The outdoor dining, with the perfectly appropriate ambient music.The rooftop pool, the beautiful inner courtyard etc etc etc. It is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Small and intimate, every detail has been lovingly thought out, the decor and the collection of Art Deco objet d’art is exquisite, the staff are so professional fune and delightful and the food is ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. The down pillows were so beautiful to sleep on that I just had to buy one, I have never found this quality in Australia. No future visit to India will ever be without another stay here.
